IWPA or iSimangaliso Wetland Park Authority is a government appointed agency which runs the iSimangaliso Wetland Park (IWP) world heritage site within the Umkhanyakude district Municipality of KZN South Africa.

The marketing brand name for the Umkhanyakude district Municipality is the Elephant Coast, and the region stretches from Mapelane in the Extreme south east in Kwa Mbonambi Municipality to Kozi Bay in Umhlabuyalingana in the north east and goes in land as far as the western boundary of Hlabisa Local municipality.

The region borders both Swazi land and Mozambique stretching inland as far as the Mpumalanga provincial Border
